Laki’ahn Warrior Masks
Several sections of the art museum under SR’s control were “themed.” These sections would have the latest and greatest art, sculpture, or writings in that theme. The themes were often from D’ni ages, but records show that several wealthy D’ni donated their collections of art to the museum, mostly after they died. Some of the themed rooms were kept current while others cycled through certain collections.
One of these themed rooms dealt with the D’ni arena Age of Laki’ahn and the natives within. SR has uncovered a large collection of tribal-themed masks, allegedly belonging to the Kresh people that lived on Laki’ahn (though it is possible that the D’ni fabricated the masks to give the natives a “wild and dangerous” facade). The masks are made of many different materials, but most have sustained a large amount of damage. SR is asking for explorer help in restoring these masks.
If you would like to restore these masks, please submit your restored designs to Vincent Kingsley. The restored masks will be displayed here on our website, and join us in the hope that one day you’ll see them on display for all to see!
