(10/28 14:30:09) Calum Traveler: welcome to the October 2026 town hall. it's been a while since the last one, whoops. we've been busy with a lot of various things on various sides of the Cavern-Surface life balance dynamic, so some things have been slower than we'd like, but others are moving along at pace.
(10/28 14:31:14) Calum Traveler: i dont have a concrete update on Descent at this time. I'm still waiting on Tweek to hand over control of the site back to us at the moment.
(10/28 14:31:51) Calum Traveler: its possible we may end up with a Q1 2027 release for Descent Phase 1, but that should be fine, as i believe what we have for Q4 of 2026 should be just as acceptably large.
(10/28 14:32:16) Calum Traveler: first, of the two projects that have been working their way through the pipeline, we have an update on the Pod that Ametist has been restoring
(10/28 14:32:45) Calum Traveler: after countless oddities arising due to the noted discrepancies between what we believed the time of day should have been versus what it was,

(10/28 14:33:24) Calum Traveler: as well as a fortuitous discovery of a disconnected sign that has since been reapplied to the Pod,
(10/28 14:33:44) Calum Traveler: we've concluded that the Pod we've been calling "Rigilahs" is not actually Pod 9 of the Rigilahs continent on the Pod Age,

(10/28 14:50:13) Calum Traveler: we havent heard anything from the Professor or his team since, and we have reason to believe they either fled through a Linking Book to places unknown, or they met with some unfortunate accident on the work site and nobody was aware of it.
