I was reading the transcript and I noticed something strange... it appears that the Rei'schu people have, to some degree... well... adopted the D'ni guild system.

As far as my time there has shown, they've only really adopted the D'ni Guild of Miners- though, in terms of actual implementation, I can't say whether it's in name only, or if it's actually a full on replica of the D'ni Guild of Miners. More investigation to follow, but I believe this spawns from the family who guarded the age either having ties to the OG Miners Guild. Either that, or the Guild of Artisans? I'll ask some questions next time I'm there.
