The Age of Sameehn has been released, thanks to a deal with Ella Darrington, you can find it through the Explorers' Emporium.

I apologize for not having a postcard ready to go, or having a proper news post, it's been a busy month for me.

I'll leave the exploration and discovery of the place up to you all. What I'll say it is that it is a very quaint place and it's a very lovely environment with a humble backstory. Ametist did a lovely job restoring the place, and I'm glad that she was able to find a business partner with Miss Darrington and the Emporium.

Guys, Guys. My Ki can only handle so many messages regarding the confusion over whether Sameehn being in the Emporium is an official release or Ella being sneaky. I get it, there was a lot of confusion and some minor miscommunicating in the messaging.

Yes, We're Aware Sameehn and the Emporium aren't in the Nexus. This is not a Bug. The Nexus was dispensing Linking Books with bad gateway images. We've told it NOT TO DO THAT until we find the source of the problem.

Yes, We're Aware Sameehn has no Chiso Preniv book. This was by deliberate choice, as I understand it.

Guys, Guys. My Ki can only handle so many messages regarding the confusion over whether Sameehn being in the Emporium is an official release or Ella being sneaky. I get it, there was a lot of confusion and some minor miscommunicating in the messaging.

Hate to add to it, but yeah, I'm confused as well... I know Phase Five already completed a long time ago, but unless I heard wrong, I thought Ella's deal gave her a period of timed exclusive access to the Age for personal use, and the restoration team was going to prepare it for a public release later on. But then she sends out that strange note implying she's gonna release it on her own, and suddenly this is now a sanctioned release? Did I miss something?

As far as I'm aware the 'timed exclusive' thing was just where the Book would be located for its first release, and was always going to be released? Like a Playstation or Xbox exclusive game for some time, before getting a wider release.

Frankly, given the amount of Suspect Items in the basement that she shouldn't have- You know the table now, with the lantern and the books, with the tapestries behind it- I wouldn't be surprised if the miscommunication was atleast partially intentional.

That... is not what I was told? Everyone I talked to made it clear that Sameehn was to be a public release, but I was to try to keep it 'clever' and just tell people it wasn't going to be in Chiso. (And then that Note, and people rightly guessing/deducing or outright spelling it out during public events like the last AGM...)

I'm just saying, given how distracted you are, I wouldn't put it past certain people to tell you one thing and tell others another.


I understand where you're coming from, but do you really think we should defend people who might be abusing their positions of power like this?

Huh... well, I don't know where the wires got crossed here, but on the plus side, at least it's clear that the Age is safe to explore - wouldn't want explorers thinking there was an unsanctioned, "dangerous" linking book out in the wild.

In any case, one thing is definitely clear - maybe it's best that the restoration team avoids making any further "deals" with Darrington in the future, hm? This is two launches now that have gone a little off the rails due to Darrington "going rogue" at one point or another. Plus, yeah, all the stuff Kelsei mentioned... for legal reasons, I am not publicly accusing Miss Darringon of any criminal wrongdoing, but... we've seen what we've seen in that basement.
