Date Accessed: 22/03/04

Book location: Teledahn

Around the year 9365 DE, a D'ni citizen called Manesmo stumbled upon the Teledahn Book in a pile of rubbish. Manesmo began to utilize the Age and restarted the production of bread that was once made from the mushrooms that were native to Teledahn.

Around 9396 DE Manesmo had manged to amass a substantial amount of money from sales of the bread but from also trading in slaves which he carried out upon the Age of Teledahn. With his growing wealth he purchased an office within D'ni on Ae'gura. The office, which sits high above the Tokotah Courtyard remained in his possession until his death during the Fall of D'ni.

During the Second Restoration the DRC found Teledahn and planned to restore it. Douglas Sharper was put in charge to oversee the restoration effort. During his time on Teledahn he discovered a Linking Book to the office and elected to keep it secret from the DRC and use the office for himself.

Appearance

The office is a self enclosed room, the only way to access it is via a Linking Book located in Teledahn. The room is split in half by a partial wall, one half serves as the Linking in point and contains a Linking Book back to Teledahn. There is also several paintings of Teledahn upon the wall. Curiously when the middle painting is photographed using the KI device D'ni numerals appear in the corner "314". As it stands it is unknown what these numbers pertain to. During the Christmas period Douglas Sharper has a tendency to place a Christmas tree up in this area.

The other half of the room serves as the heart of the office and is dominated by a large desk. Several journals belonging to Douglas have been discovered here by the explorer community. There are also a myriad of other documents relating to the Age of Teledahn. Within this section is the second of two windows (with the other window being situated in the other half of the room), this window contains a telescope that grants a view over the Tokotah Courtyard below. A Bahro Stone to a remote section of Teledahn sits next to the telescope.

The entire office draws upon the aesthetic of Teledahn itself which has been merged somewhat with D'ni architecture traits.
