History
Sul was Written during Keith's attempts at learning The Art much like Fahets was. Sul was Written by taking various passages from D'ni Kormahn and putting them together much like Gehn used to do. As a result the Age was rather unstable and volcanic in nature. It wasn't long after the initial visits to the Age that the environment became very hostile. Eventually the Age stabilized but was still prone to tremors and remained that way until James 'Lore' Rofen provided the Garohertee required to finally stabilize the Age once and for all.
Sul is home to Keith's laboratory and his collection of Linking Books, serving as a hub Age of sorts. It is also where he continues his studies in to the D'ni lake water and the unique properties of the water on Sul which are akin to that found on Riven by Atrus.
Description
Sul is a smallish island with a dormant volcano at its center. Within the volcano sits a newly constructed library which is powered by geothermal vents deep below the island itself. The island is covered by various wildlife with many of the plants having a bioluminescent nature about them. Whilst underneath the island is a network of natural caves and tunnels.
