Director of Field Work
Born: March 12th 1962
Education: Doctorate Anthropology, Southern Illinois University
Personal DRC Role: Dr. Sutherland has been a friend of Dr. Watson for many years, including years spent in the teaching profession. Dr. Sutherland first joined the expedition in 1993 and has been a member of the DRC since its forming in 1997. Dr. Sutherland oversees Phase Three (Detailed Analysis) and Phase Five (Limited Access) restoration efforts for all structures and Ages. Most recently Dr. Sutherland has spent a large portion of her time on a variety of areas on Ae’gura.
