Chief Engineer
Born: June 14th 1958
Education: Multiple Engineering Degrees, University of Cambridge Joined Royal Navy in ’78 and served for 12 years
Personal DRC Role: Victor Laxman first learned of the restoration effort in early 1995 from Dr. Watson. Mr. Laxman decided to join the Council in 1997 as an original member. Mr. Laxman’s engineering knowledge and experience is hard to beat and, as a result, he oversees all Phases of restoration for all devices and equipment. Most recently, Mr. Laxman has spent a large part of his time on the KI and Great Zero.
