(11/29 15:50:01) Tiernan Quinlan nods and raises his glass.
(11/29 15:50:51) Robert Murry: So, how are you feeling after all that at the meeting?
(11/29 15:51:11) Tiernan Quinlan: Well, if I'm hones', confused. And a bit miffed.

(11/29 15:59:39) Tiernan Quinlan: Honestly, Robert, he's so... -different-. I want to say yes, I think so. He's changed a lot this las' year.

(11/29 16:06:22) Tiernan Quinlan is quiet a while and drinks. He nearly finishes his glass before he speaks again.

(11/29 16:09:24) Tiernan Quinlan: Yeah, well... I didn't know -who- he was even then, only come t' find out after th' fact. I mean, none of us knew he was Rafael until later. But I didn't know or realize he was related t' this family in th' little town I used t' live, the Masters family.

(11/29 16:10:07) Tiernan Quinlan: Jus' tha' family has a reputation f' bein'... well... I guess 'snobs' is the nicest way of puttin' it.
(11/29 16:11:04) Robert Murry: So, he became estranged fro them and changed his name to Marcus?
(11/29 16:12:22) Tiernan Quinlan: Yeah. I guess, from wha' he explained t' me later, was tha' his mother divorced his father when he was a kid an' she changed his name to her maiden name.

(11/29 16:13:25) Robert Murry: Any brothers or sisters?
(11/29 16:13:53) Tiernan Quinlan: But he finally managed t' get away from them and called me grandmum f' help. An' that's how he ended up back here. But his family is... awful. Ami said that she thinks he saw how his older brother, Roman was, and got 'scared straight', y' might say.
(11/29 16:14:13) Tiernan Quinlan: Yeah, Roman and Violet. Both scientists in their father's company.
(11/29 16:14:33) Tiernan Quinlan: Logan's not. A scientist, I mean. Did not go over well with his da'.

(11/29 16:16:02) Robert Murry: YEah, but he's not an evil or mad scientist, right?
(11/29 16:16:18) Tiernan Quinlan: So I can see where Logan might feel a bit... uncomfortable in a family tha's so focused on science over feelin's.
