What a nice meeting. I got a chatlog that I'll have to pair down to scrub out extraneous background chatter, but I'll work on that after I get myself some dinner.

The five phases of the memorial:

Phase 1: Making a concept for the memorial.
Phase 2: Measure and calculate the location and dimensions for the memorial.
Phase 3: Select materials and roughly process the monument.
Phase 4: Precision work, quads and bronze plates for the memorial. (current phase since November 12, 2021)
Phase 5a: Installation of the memorial with benches, lighting, vases and a book for the summary of the Event.

Phase 5b: Unveiling the memorial.
